In 2002, R. T. Jones Capital Equities, Inc., was a small, boutique money-management firm with a nice logo and a proven approach to investing. The investment approach had already been tested under battlefield conditions - when it saved all of its developer's clients from the ravages of the October crash of 1987.

Clearly it was more than just an approach. It would become the flagship product of the firm. Today that product is a national brand – a popular choice for participants in qualified retirement plans at employers of all sizes across the nation.

But back then, the first step was branding the firm, which we did with this site.

The next step would be Portfolio, a publication for clients and financial consultants alike.
